Bill Hills has been a licensed mortgage broker in the State of Florida since 1994 and the owner of a Florida Mortgage Brokerage Business, The Hills Group, since 1997. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1992 with a BBA in Finance and earned the CMPS® designation (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist) from the CMPS Institute in 2008. Bill made the decision in October, 2009 to pursue the development of ProfessionalGuys&Gals.com and, as of January 1, 2010, began to commit all of his time to the new venture. Bill brings to Cridders his entrepreneurial spirit along with extensive knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industries.
Michael Bradley

Michael Bradley began his career in the mid 1990’s as a futures trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. In 2005, after years of success as a trader, Mike ventured into the magazine publishing industry -- initially as an investor, and eventually as both an officer and a major shareholder of a publishing company in Chicago. Mike graduated from The University of Iowa in 1992 with a BS in Finance. He was also a 4-year member of the Iowa Hawkeyes baseball team. Mike brings to Cridders his entrepreneurial spirit along with a real-world understanding of maximizing the value of the advertising dollar.
