The Rules:
> Qualifying Billboard: any billboard leased for 1 year (at regular price), as a result of your direct referral, on or before June 30, 2011...that is not terminated in the first 30 days of the lease.
> Rebate Qualifying Date: the 31st day from a Qualifying Billboard's Lease Commencement Date
> All rebates will be processed within 10 calendar days from the Rebate Qualifying Date
> We must be made aware of the referral in a "valid" manner, such as...
- ask your referral to included your name in the "comments" section of the online billboard reservation form, or LOCK IT UP form...
- send us a list of people, through the CONTACT PAGE, to whom you referred the platform
- or call us, ...anything that makes sense...WE WANT TO GIVE REBATES!! The more rebates we give, the more billboards we have leased!
> All unacknowledged referral claims must be made no later than 5 days after of your referral's Lease Commencement Date
> Upon dispute with other referring parties, the determining factor will be the opinion of the respective billboard Lessee
